You are welcome to call the office at any time if you have a problem, question, or need to get in touch with us for any reason. There is 24 hour telephone coverage with an on-call doctor at all times. Please make non-emergency calls during regular office hours.
If you are calling to have a prescription refilled, we ask that you call during office hours. Your pharmacy may fax a request at any time. If you are calling for test results, please call during regular office hours.
If you are seeking prenatal care with us, there are five physicians who will be participating in your care. Since there is an equal chance that any of these physicians may be attending your delivery, we ask that you schedule at least one appointment with each of them. This way, all of our doctors will have a chance to get to know you and your family, and can help make your delivery a healthy and rewarding experience.
If you are seeking gynecologic care, either well-woman or to address a specific concern, you will have the opportunity to choose a doctor to be your personal physician. If that doctor is not available when you have a question or concern, one of the other physicians will be available to care for you.
Appointments can be made up to six months in advance. All copays are due at the time of service. You will also be asked to present your insurance card to the receptionist at every visit. We file primary insurance claims for obstetrical care, surgery, and for regular office visits as a courtesy. Secondary insurances will be filed for Medicare patients, deliveries and surgeries only.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the office 24 hours prior to your appointment time or as soon as possible.
We will do our best to honor your appointment time. We firmly believe in the value of your time and dislike long waiting periods in the office. You must understand, however, that in our specialty, births, surgical delays, emergency patients and other unforeseen delays are inevitable. We request your patience.
If you are late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. We, as well as all our patients, appreciate your promptness.
If you have an emergency, call the office and we will schedule an appointment with a physician as soon as possible.
