If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911. For all other calls, please call our office. Please make non-emergency calls during regular office hours.

After business hours, all incoming calls are forwarded to our answering service. The on-call physician will be available to respond to your emergency medical needs. If you do not hear back from the doctor within 30 minutes, you are welcome to call back. Please keep in mind the physician might be in surgery or delivering a baby.

Appointments

Appointments can be made up to six months in advance. When calling to schedule your appointment, please have the following information available: name, address, phone numbers, date of birth, type of insurance and reason for the visit. Please also see the Patient Forms page to see which forms you need to bring to the visit.

We will do our best to honor your appointment time. We firmly believe in the value of your time and dislike long waiting periods in the office. However, please understand that in our specialty births, surgical delays, emergency patients and other unforeseen delays are inevitable. We request your patience. If you are late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. We, as well as all our patients, appreciate your promptness.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 24 hours advance notice. We have in place a $25 No-Show fee policy, which could apply if your 24-hour cancellation is not given.

Test Results

It is our policy to contact you with all test results, whether through our portal, by written form, or by a phone call. Pap smear, mammogram, and ultrasound results can take up to two weeks to return. The quickest way to receive your results is to make sure you are signed up through our portal.

Prescription Refills

Prescription refill requests should be made during office hours. You may ask your pharmacy to fax a request to 630-832-8110. Refills on narcotics and certain other medications that cause addiction or substance abuse require a written prescription picked up in person at our Elmhurst office.

Insurances Accepted

We accept most major insurances. If we are not listed with your insurance company, please call our office to see if we participate with your insurance.

Co-Pays

Unlike hospital-affiliated practices, we charge only one co-pay for an office visit. Co-payments are expected at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, money orders, debit cards, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
